Living area
Large, light and airy, this beautiful room has fantastic views through its bay window. Has an open fireplace for those cold nights, sofas, LCD Flat Screen TV with Freeview channels, DVD Player and Video Recorder. Also videos, DVDs, books and puzzles. Gwynfan now also offers internet and WiFi access.

Kitchen
Open plan kitchen and dining room, well equipped with fridge, electric cooker, electric hob, microwave and a highchair is available on request.

Sleeping
Two double and one twin bedroom sleep six people comfortably. Beds made up prior to arrival. Cot is available on request, (please note that guests need to bring own cot bedding). Built-in/fitted wardrobes in each room. Towels and hairdryer provided.

Bathroom
A full size bath, separate shower cubicle, vanity unit, towel rail and toilet. There is a second toilet unit in the garage.

Hall
A front door with access to front overhang with outside table and chairs. The hall itself is roomy with plenty of brochures to browse and plan your outings. Extra built-in closet for coats, you'll find the hoover here.

Utility room
Providing space for coats and shoes, well equipped with washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes pegs.

Garage
Large garage with plenty of space for bikes, muddy wellies and hangers for those wet coats. Deep freeze is situated in one corner with tumble dryer and BBQ also provided. Also extra toilet and wash basin. There is a back door for access to back lawns.
