Welcome to Gwynfan Bungalow offering self-catering
accommodation, just outside Llandrindod Wells,
Mid Wales.

This enchanting property is situated on our 320-acre family beef and sheep farm in the heart of Mid Wales. It's set in its own grounds well away from the farm with well-maintained gardens and 3 lawned areas for guests use with ample private parking. It also offers total peace and quite yet it is only 1 mile from the local village of Llanyre, which has an outstanding public house with beautiful food. You will also find a children’s play area here in Llanyre and the old Church and churchyard can't be missed. Llandrindod Wells is only a short 3 mile drive and has all the facilities needed for a lovely refreshing and relaxing break in the countryside.

Gwynfan is a great place to relax and unwind and a perfect base from which to explore central Wales. The Brecon Beacons are to the South, Snowdonia to the North and the beautiful coastal town of Aberyswyth to the West. All are within a days trip away.

Gwynfan has panoramic views stretching right towards the Radnorshire forests and Brecon Beacons in the distance. There are lots of wonderful walks, peaceful lanes to cycle and many mountain biking tracks. This area is a bird watchers paradise with red kites filling the skies, nature reserves, pony trekking and fishing are all on the doorstep.

Guests are welcome to bring up to two well-behaved dogs or two house-trained cats to Gwynfan Bungalow. An additional charge per pet is required (see prices) for pet staying at bungalow. Maximum of two well-behaved dogs and two house trained cats (please supply own litter/feeding facilities). For last minute decisions to bring a pet, the charge will be required on arrival.

Pets are not allowed on furniture, unless own blankets are supplied and used. Any dog/cat hairs must be removed (a vacuum cleaner is provided).On departure, guests with pets are requested to remove any dirt from the garden/lawn areas.

Guests have access to farmland that will be advised on arrival. As the bungalow is situated on a working farm, and therefore some fields may have no access during particular times of the year. We do ask dog owners to please keep dogs on leads at all times when walking through areas with farm animals. (Cows with baby calves are very protective towards their young).
